Orders are shipped the same day if this was placed before 2:00pm Business days, if the order was placed after 2:00pm this will be shipped out the next business day.
If we are out of stock of the item you have ordered, one of our representatives will contact you with the option of changing the order or place you in backorder, and will give you an estimated time.

Smoke-Light.com currently provides free shipping and handling with any order over $44.95 via United States Postal Service (First Class Mail).
Shipping time usually takes between 3 to 7 Business days.
You have the option with an additional price to expedite your shipping by choosing a different shipping method (rates below).

First Class Mail: $4.95 in orders below $44.95 (3 – 7 Business days).
Priority Mail: $6.95 (2 – 3 Business days).
Express Mail: $23.00 (1 - 2 Business days, usually overnight).
Free Shipping for Retail customers and only within the United States.
Once an order is shipped Smoke-Light.com takes no responsibility in the event that the package is damaged, lost, or stolen.
International Orders
International orders can take around 7-30 Business days to reach you once they are shipped. Delays can be due to customs.
Canada Shipping Rates
Priority mail: $15.00 (6-10 Business days).
Express mail: $34.00 (6 Business days).
International Mail (Except Canada)
First Class Mail (air): $20.00 (Varies).
Priority Mail: $27.00 (6-10 Business days).

Wholesale customers
Shipping rates will be calculated at the shipping time, an additional charge will be added to your order.
Wholesale packages will be shipped out via USPS priority mail, unless the customer requests other way.
Wholesale customers must select the shipping option: “At the time of shipping- wholesale customers only”
